How the Mediation Process Works:

Contact us today for your free consultation. During this 30 minute Zoom session, we can discuss your situation and see if mediation is right for you.

Then, we will schedule your initial session, which can be held in-person or on Zoom. During this session, we will listen to each party individually and hear their personal concerns and ideal outcomes. Then, we will work to find common ground on the opposing issues. The initial session generally lasts 3-4 hours.

Once your initial session is complete, we may create a custom recommendation for you to finalize your mediation based on any outstanding issues.
